The Coaching Collective · January 2026 · No. 1
As we step into the promise of a new year, we are delighted to welcome new wellness professionals into The Coaching Collective family. January is a time for reflection, gratitude, and intention-setting — an opportunity to honour the journeys we’ve already taken and to embrace the growth that lies ahead.
Each collaborator brings unique insight, experience, and purpose to our shared mission of making holistic wellbeing accessible and meaningful. Together in 2026, we look forward to inspiring transformation, empowering individuals, and creating lasting, positive change through collaboration and care.
Claire Fitzsimmons is a wellbeing coach, certified emotions practitioner, and writer who supports women in midlife to feel better in their everyday lives — emotionally, mentally, and practically.
She works with individuals navigating change, burnout, perimenopause, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of feeling stuck. Claire’s coaching approach helps clients untangle emotions, gain clarity, and build sustainable wellbeing practices aligned with who they are today.
Claire is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Certified Emotions Coaching Practitioner, and holds a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from CCPE London. Her work integrates evidence-based tools from positive psychology, neuroscience, somatics, transactional analysis, and wellbeing science — always guided by compassion and curiosity.
Through her platform If Lost, Start Here, Claire creates coaching programmes, courses, and written content that support emotional wellbeing in real, everyday life. Her work meets people exactly where they are, offering thoughtful and inclusive support.
Claire also brings a rich creative background, having worked as a contemporary arts curator with institutions including Tate Modern, ICA, Serpentine Gallery, and CCA Wattis Institute. Her writing has appeared in publications such as Happiful, Breathe, and The Simple Things, and she is the host of the podcast A Thought I Kept.
Claire was a Regional Finalist for Best Wellbeing Specialist (Dorset, Somerset & Bristol) in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2025. She also publishes a Substack titled More Good Days, sharing reflections and tools for everyday wellbeing.
Logan Queck is a wealth manager and business operator who helps individuals and business owners simplify money decisions and build clarity around their financial lives.
As Founder of Total Wealth, Logan works with families and retirees on integrated financial planning. Through Business Machine, he supports business owners in building stronger, more valuable companies through intentional systems and sustainable growth.
Logan believes that money and business should support a well-lived life — not run it. His work aligns financial strategy with personal values, long-term wellbeing, and peace of mind.
